Less time and money spent preparing project documentation
Standard automation projects for hotel rooms are calculated and unified solutions. They minimize the need to design power supply and low-voltage systems from scratch for every property.
Ready-made solutions for every scale —
from a single room to the entire hotel

The ready-made hotel package is an innovative iRidi engineering product created together with designer Alexander Ganakov and based on the standards of the international hotel chains InterContinental and Hilton. It reduces the time needed to design, commission and launch a smart hotel, while carefully developed guest scenarios provide comfort throughout the stay.
Alexander Ganakov is a recognized expert in hotel service and design and the creator of the unique Check IN Check UP Check OUT method, which helps optimize every stage of a guest’s interaction with a hotel. His projects include Hilton Garden Inn, Holiday Inn and Aelita Aparthotel. The package combines a carefully selected equipment list and ready-made scenarios to improve guest comfort and hotel efficiency while reducing operating costs.

Improve guest service with automated scenarios for lighting, curtains, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and audio and video systems. Preset scenarios create the comfort and level of service that bring guests back. Integration with the SCADA platform ensures reliable control, while AI devices and HOTEL TV increase sales and reduce the workload at reception.
Download the standard solutionThe conference room is always ready for any event: preset AV scenarios start the required mode with a single touch. This improves room utilization, eases staff work and simplifies equipment control. iRidi ready-made AV solutions fit spaces of any size, from a meeting room to a congress center. The automation system provides comfort during meetings by bringing AV equipment into one interface.

The iRidi SCADA-BMS platform extends control to the engineering equipment of an entire building or even a hotel chain. Bringing all engineering systems into one interface gives centralized facilities teams a modern way to operate their buildings. Predictive analytics reduces the number and frequency of incidents, improves infrastructure reliability and cuts repair and maintenance costs.

Compared with conventional cable runs, the Bus77 automation bus saves 5–6%. That may seem modest, but reducing the number of 230/380 V lines also significantly lowers the risk of short circuits and fire.
Installing and commissioning standard Bus77 projects and using ready-made iRidi automation panels takes less time than configuring bespoke systems. This brings the hotel opening forward and shortens the payback period.
Automated lighting and climate control is one of the main sources of operating savings. Electricity and heating costs can be reduced by 25–30%.
Automation extends equipment life and gives hotel maintenance teams feedback on equipment condition. Predictive analytics and monitoring help identify problems before failures occur.
Remote monitoring of engineering systems reduces dispatching costs. Operating properties from one center saves money and improves facilities team productivity.
Industry-specific services centralize hotel business processes and make them more efficient.

Hardware and software made entirely in Russia, local technical support and more than 1,600 certified integrators across the country.
iRidi hardware and software are certified by the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Digital Development for government investment and targeted projects.

The modern automation system makes it easy to control climate, lighting, the intercom, and audio and video equipment. An intuitive interface adjusts room temperature and humidity with one touch, while voice control quickly adapts settings to individual needs.

The hotel automation system controls indoor and outdoor lighting, underfloor heating, heaters and curtains. All functions work together in one convenient, comfortable and energy-efficient system, helping staff work more efficiently, reducing costs and improving guest service.

Automatic schedules and scenarios control the hotel’s indoor and outdoor lighting. Reception staff can see room statuses such as Do Not Disturb and Cleaning Required, along with emergency button and fire alarm signals. This enables a quick response to guest requests and incidents while maintaining high service standards.
