User case of a Smart Home based on KNX system

• all systems controlled by users (lighting, blinds, heating, warm floors, etc.) are located on the living floors
  
• every floor has its own electric switchboard, that combines function of distributing electricity with protection and control functions
  
• every floor is a sub-system based on KNX, that is integrated into the common ne via IP channels
  
• the system is built the same way on the technical floor, but building services are located here, that are not included into the common net of the smart home
  
• the automation system chooses modes and sets parameters automacially on the basis of programmed algorythms
  
• a user communicates with the system via tablets providing him all required information
  
• an extremelly complicated system looks to the user as a set of simple intuitive images of a friendly interface on the tablet screen
