Congress Hall for 720 seats in the medical center named after Almazov (CENTEC (Proma Ltd.) )

Tasks set by the client in the project:
When constructing treatment and rehabilitation complex № 2 in the medical center named after Almazov, a task was set to create in a separate building (Block 2) a multifunctional hall for 720 seats with a café and a gallery to have roundtable discussions. The customer insisted that the hall be exceptionally multifunctional and equipped with state-of-the-art solutions and technologies.

Project description:
A complex of systems of a multifunctional hall for meetings, conferences, exhibitions. Registrants participate in conferences (listen to synchronized interpretation and vote) from mobile devices based on iOS. These functions are realized from mobile devices for the first time ever.
A special app is developed and placed in the AppStore. When the app is activated, a participant of a conference authorizes by scanning a QR-code on his badge, that contains unique data on this person. Depending on the participant’s status, the system gives him access either to only the conference agenda and selection of a language for synchronized interpretation or to all functions with a capability to vote.

Difficulties you faced while working on the project:
While working at the project a variety of unique tasks were solved. With regard to high construction tempo in the final stage, complicated architecture of the hall and the customer's requirements to all systems of the hall, a unique complex was created that has no rivals elsewhere.
