Reconstruction of the Smart Home system (ООО "RealDom")

Tasks set by the client in the project:
Reconstruction of the Smart Home system built in 2005. To add the climate control and video surveilance systems, control from iPads. To reprogram KNX, AMX. To substitute TVs.

Project description:
Our company was the fourth one invited by the client to perform automation on the already built and inhabited object. The companies which work previously didn't satisfy the client for various reasons. It created some difficulties in our work due to different approach of different installers to creation of the Smart Home system and equipment selection. Each company intoduced something new. So we had to make full inspection of the system, add the climate control system and Bang & Olufsen TVs.

Difficulties you faced while working on the project:
The house was inhabited. It was required to use outdated equipment of the client.
