“Hitrovo Premium” Apartment Complex (Smart City )

Project description:
«Hitrovo Premium» apartment complex includes only 35 apartments, each of which is unique. The project features:
- electronic concierge-system that allows to control all services and get notification from the maintenance company;
- barrier gate with a system to recognize number plates and to control access to the building;
- video intercom with a capability to answer the call from a personal mobile device;
- leakage control systems that cuts off water in case of a leak and sends a notification about it to a synchronized gadget;
- wireless meters that send data about resource consumption to the maintenance company wirelessly;
- 24/7 video surveillance system consisting of 7 cameras with a user access to the archive;
- notification system about emergencies that sends notifications to a user’s smartphone.
