Project description
The system is designed for a corrugated board plant and allows you to monitor the condition of production lines, as well as generate various reports to analyze production efficiency.

Why did you decide to use iRidium? How did it improve your project?
We needed a tool that allows you to create interfaces for various control panels, and also provides tools for working with databases.
Tasks performed by the server:
- Collecting sensor signals and calculating performance;
- Determination of the current operating mode and saving it to the database;
- Saving operator accounts in the database;
- Operator authorization;
- Formation of a time diagram of work;
- Formation of various reports on requests from the control panel;
- Event log in the system.

In addition to using the Modbus driver, 4146 lines of code were written to implement the necessary logic.

Staff PCs for monitoring - 6 pcs.
