Private Recreation Center (SIA "AV Experts"/Unisons)

Tasks set by the client in the project:
The task was to make a centralized system to control and monitor different systems of the recreation center in the swimming pool, hamam, sauna, kitchen, gym, rooms and the garage.

Project description:
“Private residence”project in Jurmala /May 2012/ lead to creating a recreation center. The complex is absolutely new, it began its work within a year after the start on construction.
The system features remote control of lighting; garage doors and entrance gates; roller shutters, blinds; electrical sliding doors; A/V equipment; climate; ventilation of the swimming pool, residential area, hamam, sauna. The system monitors the status, level and possible failures of the diesel generator. The system notifies about transition to back-up power source and back.

Difficulties you faced while working on the project :
Lack of time for setting and testing through no fault of ours.
